Refund and Cancellation Policy

Thank you for supporting Beyond Everything. We take pride in delivering high-quality products across music, apparel, and creative resources. Please review the policy below before making a purchase.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
Once an order has entered fulfillment or has shipped, it cannot be canceled.


To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at contact@byonde.com with your order number.

Apparel and Physical Merchandise


All apparel and physical merchandise sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
If your item arrives damaged:


• Contact us within 7 days of delivery
• Provide your order number
• Include clear photos of the issue
If approved, we will offer either:
• A replacement item, or
• A refund to the original payment method
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition to qualify for replacement consideration.


We do not offer refunds for:
• Incorrect sizing selections
• Buyer’s remorse
• Minor variations in color due to screen differences
Please review sizing charts carefully before purchasing.

Music Products, Digital Downloads, and Instrumentals
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of:
• Instrumentals
• Sync-ready music
• Digital downloads
• Educational resources
are final and non-refundable.
Once digital content has been delivered or accessed, it cannot be returned.

Exclusive Beats and Licensing


All exclusive beat purchases and licensing agreements are final. No refunds will be issued once files, stems, or contracts have been delivered.


Please review license terms carefully before purchase.

Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless an error was made on our end.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes


If a chargeback or dispute is initiated without contacting us first, we reserve the right to:
• Provide proof of delivery and fulfillment
• Restrict future purchases
• Pursue recovery of lost merchandise or digital assets


We encourage customers to contact us directly so we can resolve issues quickly and professionally.
